Route Sales Driver

Essential Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 pounds for inventory and displays.
• Initial use of personal vehicle required, with transition to company vehicles in the future.

Primary Responsibilities:

• As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales initiatives for a premium energy drink brand, within an assigned geographical territory.
• Enhance product visibility and consumer engagement in various retail formats through direct sales efforts and strategic display placements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, focusing on increasing brand presence and sales volume.
• Independently manage sales routes and customer interactions, ensuring a high level of service and brand standards.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Execute promotional campaigns and product introductions to maximize market penetration.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team and company sales objectives.

Leadership and Collaboration:

• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to share insights and best practices.
• Build a positive working relationship with store managers and staff within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
• Ability to work in-person within the assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
