Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office files and records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify past due accounts.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or written communication regarding overdue invoices in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and work to resolve any issues preventing payment.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Skills
- Proficiency in file management and clerical tasks.
