YOUR JOB AS A GRILLER
bd's Grillers are skilled professionals in all aspects of great stir-fry! Grillers are competent in the setup and maintenance of the Grill and all of its tools of the trade – you are an expert bd's swordsman!. Superlative quality is your standard, and you are always perfecting your cooking techniques. bd's grill is a highly visible distinction and you are an integral part in making the guest experience a memorable. You create Mongo Magic so that each and every guest leaves happy!
You will learn the following bd's Griller objectives :
- Communicates in a positive manner
- Professional and well groomed
- Execute a recovery strategy and know when to involve a manager.
- Grill set-up and maintenance
- Greeting guests with enthusiasm.
- Sword handling
- Cooks food correctly and at proper temperatures
- Follows SOP for hot bowls, eggs / cheese, changing swords and veggie and allergy bowls
- Stir-fry blading and delivery
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation behind the grill.
- Guest and grill interaction; initiates conversations in a friendly manner.
- Serves clean, great looking bowls with correct plate presentation
- Teamwork
