Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive team success.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develops and maintains a strong understanding of key market trends – including emerging regulations, customer preferences, growth segments, and competitive dynamics to enable market outgrowth.
Team & People Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of corporate sales professionals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance lead generation and customer retention efforts.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the corporate sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Operational Efficiency:
- Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields OR equivalent work experience.
Experience and/or Training:
- 10 years minimum of sales experience with proven ability to close businesses.
- 5 years minimum of leading sales teams with proven success in achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect or customer’s business environment and needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong sales orientation with proven ability to generate leads and manage complex, high-level, multi-year sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to actively listen and effectively convey information in meaningful, compelling ways.
- Strategic, innovation thinker; able to understand and communicate complex information and generate new ideas and improvements.
