Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
- Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems.
- Handle vendor management, including maintaining relationships with suppliers.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Send invoices and make calls on overdue bills.
Qualifications
- Work well with others.

- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Experience in QuickBooks preferred.
