Steel Cut Lawn Care is a small business in Willow Street, PA. We are fast-paced, demanding, professional, and our goal is to Perform the highest-quality lawn care and landscaping for residential and small-business properties throughout the Lancaster, PA. We are a growing business and looking for someone who is willing to grow with us. It would be part-time to begin with, but we are looking to work up to full time and we get more customers. You must be willing to work hard and in most weather conditions. It is a lawn care company so there are a few months out of the year that we do not have work.

Duties:
- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Trim and prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete various landscaping tasks
- Drive work truck and trailer to various job locations throughout the area.
- Assist with building and repairing structures such as fences, decks, and patios.
- Conduct grounds keeping duties such as cleaning up debris and maintaining a neat appearance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree care is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Seasonal, Part-time
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Schedule Depends on work load for the week
- 2-10 hour shifts are typical
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday (Some Saturdays may be required depending on work load and weather. We try out best to avoid Saturdays when we can)
- Openings for on-call depending on work load
- Seasonal: March - December, depending on work load
