Upkeep and continuous improvement of the entire plant with a focus on the visual appearance of the division
Responsibilities
- Plant site maintenance that includes, but not limited to:

- Mowing / grounds maintenance
- Road cleaning
- Grounds crew equipment maintenance
- Ground debris collection
- Landscaping
- Misc residential repairs
- Spill response
- Misc. site improvements and mill wide assistance
- Normally scheduled for M – F daylight or as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Focus on site safety with specific attention to hazardous site conditions & traffic concerns
- Must become certified to operate a variety of mobile equipment
- Must complete annual DOT and RCRA training with environmental for spill response
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred
- Heavy equipment experience
- Mechanical experience
- Lawn maintenance knowledge/experience
- Small enginer repair, light equipment maintenance
