Responsible for fielding tickets that include but are not limited to on/off boarding, user access, quarterly security reviews, and audit evidence collection.
Responsibilities
- Complete logical access (user security) tickets spanning multiple software applications and systems
- Gather audit evidence to meet the company’s internal control and SOX requirements
- Facilitate and shepherd quarterly security reviews across numerous areas of the business
- Maintain and improve our Logical Access reporting tools
- Simplify and enhance the Logical Access process control maps
- Assist in maintaining our Application Matrices
- Assist users with access requests, access issues, and reports
Qualifications
Required
- Exceptional customer service skills and positive attitude
- A proactive and meticulous mindset.
- Strong analytical skills. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of IT governance and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·
- Positive attitude and highly motivated.
- On-site 5 days a week in Fort Wayne, IN.
Preferred
- 2-year degree in IT or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Significant experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Logical Access and SOX controls
- Industry knowledge (Steel, Scrap, & Manufacturing)
