Responsible for providing day-to-day interface with customers, internal departments and supporting the Outside Sales Representatives to deliver superior customer service in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing, entering and acknowledging customer purchase orders
- Monitoring and expediting production and shipments
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Interfacing internally with all departments to better serve customers
- Managing customers forecast, releases, and supply chain
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and company and sales targets and KPI’s
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
- A minimum two-year Associates degree
- A minimum of one year of Customer Service or Sales experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Customer Service passion and attitude
- Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for service and problem resolution
- Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
