Providing Administrative Support for the Sales Manager and Sales Team
Responsibilities
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, arranging travel
- Organizing mill visits, tours and customer appreciation events and gifts
- Maintaining sales and marketing data, promotional and presentation materials
- Coordinating with a variety of vendors and service providers
- Working internally with all departments to serve our team and the customer more effectively.
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications.
- Willing to go the ‘extra mile’ for service to the team and our customers
- Able to work with people from all org. levels and backgrounds
- A service attitude and positive mindset
