Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires expertise in procurement, project coordination, material takeoffs, and technical drawing reviews ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Duties
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Utilize software tools to manage production processes.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform project decisions and improve processes.
- Create detailed project documentation, including BOMs, Purchase Orders, and Estimates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Manage budgeting processes for projects, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project needs.
- Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Degree a plus
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, or in a similar role within combustion, structural fabrication, power, or emissions control.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
