Your expertise in body mechanics, physiology, and diverse fitness modalities will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Duties
- Conduct group fitness classes including Pilates, Kickboxing, Cycle, Dance, and other formats as needed.
- Educate participants on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Design personalized fitness programs based on individual assessments and goals.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to encourage improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym or health club environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in fitness and wellness to enhance class offerings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that motivates individuals of all fitness levels.
Requirements
- Certification in group fitness instruction or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physiology and body mechanics related to exercise.
- Experience in program design tailored to various fitness levels.
- Proficiency in teaching multiple formats such as Pilates, Kickboxing, Cycle, or Dance is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- A passion for health and wellness with a commitment to continuous learning in the fitness industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
