Taproom Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Taproom Lead to join our team in a casual fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer experience. This candidate will also have a strong bartending background. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, providing exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the management team in various aspects of restaurant operations. All cocktails are hand crafted from spirits made in house, so we pride ourselves in out technique.

Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding hospitality while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Supervise and train team members, fostering their development through effective coaching and feedback.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with additional weekly duties such as inventory, organization, brainstorming meetings, ect.

Experience

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a brewery or casual dining.
• Strong bartending background. Experience in being a lead or head bartender is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in shift management and supervising diverse teams.
• Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and communication.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in closing/opening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $30.00 per hour
