Steel District Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
Server Duties:
- Greet guests promptly and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, offering menu recommendations and answering any questions.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, ensuring all needs are met.
- Handle payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct billing.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas.
Bartender Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to guests.
- Check guests' identification to ensure legal drinking age.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking inventory, prepping garnishes, and cleaning glassware.
- Provide drink recommendations and educate guests on various beverages and menu pairings.
- Monitor bar patrons for overconsumption and maintain a safe, responsible atmosphere.
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service.
- Ensure all food and beverage orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications:

- Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
