Summary : The IT Director will serve as a key strategic leader within Dunmore's senior management team, driving digital transformation initiatives while overseeing the Information Technology department. Combining strategic business management with hands-on technical expertise, this role will architect and implement a scalable, secure, and efficient technology roadmap that enhances Dunmore's competitive advantage. Reporting directly to the CFO, the IT Director will play a critical role in aligning technology investments with business objectives, leading major IT infrastructure upgrades and digital initiatives. This position offers significant opportunities for executive leadership development through strategic decision-making, C-suite collaboration, and direct influence on Dunmore's future growth. Strong business acumen, strategic vision, and technical depth will be essential to deliver transformative results that drive operational excellence and value creation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Digital Transformation Strategy
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including the evaluation and implementation of key manufacturing systems like MES
- Develop and execute comprehensive cloud strategy and implementation roadmap
- Direct cybersecurity strategy with particular focus on IT / OT convergence
- Drive emerging technology adoption to maintain competitive advantage and improve productivity
- Evaluate emerging technologies to keep Dunmore at the forefront of industry advancements, focusing on tools that improve productivity and scalability.
