This role requires employees to be able to obtain an ATF Explosives Employee Possessor approval. This requires the completion of the Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire, ATF Form 5400.28.
This form has several Yes / No questions about the individuals background, including -

Main Duties
- Oversee supervise the wire line operations on a well site
- Insure JSA's,field tickets all associated paperwork is kept up to date
- Interact communicate with well site leaders safety representatives
- Operate wireline unit insure crew is maintaining servicing equipment assigned to him.
- Transport crew downhole tools to and from well sites
- Maintain proper shipping papers for hazardous materials
- Report to management on daily operations
