Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various sun shade products, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We do work in the surrounding states as well, TN, AL, FL, NC, SC, so you will be required to travel. Typically these jobs require us to be on site from a few days up to a week or two. While these jobs are less common than working in town, they do present themselves.
Duties
- Perform installations of products according to specifications and company standards.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of installed products to ensure functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise, providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during installations.
- Communicate with clients to explain installation processes and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize installation efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation work or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with using drills, saws, and other relevant tools is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license may be required based on job responsibilities.
