Summary
The purpose of the Production Technician is to load material and operate machines to produce components according to building specifications and CUSA standards.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Daily planning
- Machine set-up and operation
- Safe forklift operation
- Safe machine operation
- Selecting the correct coil
- Autonomous maintenance
- Validating safety systems and estops
- Produce quality products within minimum specs
- Scrap management
- Throughput management
- Setting and tracking goals by using KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
