Functions :
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department and oversee the HR Department.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Maintain the chart of accounts, post general ledger transactions, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and reconcile related accounts.
- Issue accurate and complete financial statements on a timely basis.
- Responsible for preparing various regulatory reports and compliance with applicable federal / state laws.
- Provide assistance and support to management in the financial analysis of various projects.
- Provide financial information to external auditors for annual audits.
