Maintenance Manager

Overveiw: The Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance, care, and efficient operation of all equipment and facilities used by the organization.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experience

· At least 4 years of experience in maintenance related field

· At least 2 years of Supervisor experience

· Strong business acumen and history of improving results through enhanced operating efficiency

· Proven history of reducing maintenance cost and meeting deadlines

· Familiar with work order-based Fleet Maintenance software programs

Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements:

• Safety shoes, glasses, cut resistant sleeves, and gloves required when working in the production areas
• Ability to stand up to 10 hours on concrete floors
• Ability to bend/stoop to floor level for extensive periods of time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
