We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Foreman Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track the progress of projects to ensure timelines are met and report any potential delays.
- Keep detailed records of project activities, changes, and updates.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
- Provide updates on project status and collaborate with team members to address any issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Foreman or Project Manager to support project completion.
- Run materials and inventory, coordinate logistics with construction crews to ensure smooth operations.
- Take comprehensive job site photos during each visit to document progress and maintain a visual record of the project.
Requirements
- References to certify professional experience and skill. (Minimum of 3 valid references from previous employers)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
