As a Working Foreman, you will play a vital role in supervising and coordinating the activities of workers while performing hands-on tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring proper work practices, and maintaining effective communication with both management and the workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Daily communication between office and onsite staff
- Daily photos, videos and progress reports
- Jobsite scheduling
- Oversight of employees and subcontractors
- Quality control
- Purchasing and picking up supplies
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management on timelines, costs, and any issues that arise.
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle site logistics, equipment management, and material organization.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience as working foreman minimum 5 years of experience
- Extensive construction knowledge minimum 5 years of experience
- References to certify professional experience and skill. (Minimum of 3 valid references from previous employers)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
