We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM / Peds) at an employer-sponsored advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana. In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an employer-sponsored clinic. If you are passionate about prioritizing patient care over quotas and focusing on well-being rather than billing, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Highlights :
- Manage only 10-17 patients per day
- Focus on outcomes, NOT production
- Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
- Focus on preventive care, not reactive treatment

- Fewer administrative tasks
- 220,000 – $250,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)
- 10% bonus based on outcomes
