We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Peds) to join our advanced primary care clinic in South Bend, Indiana.

Compensation and Benefits:
- $220,000 - $250,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience
- 10% bonus based on outcomes achieved

Qualifications:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, with at least two years of experience seeing patients
- Procedure experience is a significant advantage
