What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICAL LAB ASSISTANT position at STEELE MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER?
Responsible for patient reception and record keeping, specimen collection, phlebotomy, pre-analytic, analytic, and post- analytic of blood and other specimens. Performs routine tests in medical laboratory (including Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, and Urinalysis) to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease by performing the following duties.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
