- Provide direct patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, leveraging data to inform practice and enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain currency with clinical best practices, adhering to hospital guidelines and protocols.
Education and Credentials:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Current Idaho RN licensure.
- NRP & ACLS certification within six months; PALS preferred or obtained within two years.
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring required within one year of training.
