About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and energetic physician assistant to join our team. As a member of our multi-disciplinary care team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with licensed therapists and care managers to deliver comprehensive healthcare services to our patients.
As a physician assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including our rural health clinic and walk-in urgent care clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings;
- Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services;
- Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals;
- Conduct patient assessments and develop plans of care;
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
Requirements
- Completion of a four-year physician assistant baccalaureate program and a year of clinical training;
- State accreditation based on certifying exam;
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
