- Perform insurance verification to ensure patient eligibility and coverage.

- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Skills
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Cloud9 software is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience in file management and maintaining patient records accurately.
- Solid understanding of office management practices.
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a hospital setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
