This is a West Milwaukee, WI based internship opportunity
Summary
The IT intern will work within the Steele Solutions IT Department, in the areas of Data Analysis and Software Development. This is a position within a team that supports the development of code to work in conjunction with an ERP and handles additional reporting as required by the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work within a team environment
Work with the team to ensure documentation is properly created or updated
Make changes to existing reports or create new reports within SSRS
Collaborate with team members in order to assist with the creation of application code utilizing SQL and C#
Provides feedback on problematic trends and patterns in applications to team lead and / or supervisor.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Qualifications : Education and / or Experience
High School diploma required
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Knowledge of T-SQL and relational databases
Knowledge of relational databases
Understanding and knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming (OOP)
Use of SSRS preferred

High attention to detail
Self-motivated
Time management skills : Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple tasks
Able to work well within a team, as well as work independently on projects
