Our growing team is in need of an Excellent Sales Manager for our Spokane branch location with opportunity to expand.
What You'll Do:
As a Branch/Sales Manager you directly supervise sales and managers in the Spokane region. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Day to Day:
- Manage inside/outside sales force
- Motivate team to reach and exceed sales goals
- Hire, train, and review outside sales force
- Meet with clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Prepares presentations and sales reports
- Mandatory travel to multiple Puget Sound branches is required on a daily/weekly basis.
- Sales: STDAFO (Show, Tell, Demonstrate, Ask, For, Orders)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure seamless promotional efforts
What Makes You a Good Fit:
5 years of construction and/or steel knowledge preferably in commercial work
5 years of supervisory/management experience
Delivery Dispatch and scheduling experience
Extended sales experience, calling on customers and site visits
Ability to run a team of drivers, inside sales, outside sales and yard personnel
Responsible for labor hours, temp labor, daily operational budgets and monthly goals
Must have valid driver license and be insurable.
Ability to lift 50lbs frequently and operate a forklift if necessary.
Proficient in all aspects of professional communication, computer literate required for CRM entries.
