Job Description:
As a Concrete Construction Worker at Steelial, you will play a vital role in the construction and installation of concrete structures. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including foundations, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and more, ensuring that each project is completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete for various construction projects.

• Mixing concrete according to specifications.

• Setting forms and molds for pouring concrete.

• Using hand and power tools to complete tasks effectively and safely.

• Working with a team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment.

• Handling and maintaining construction equipment and machinery.

• Performing general construction tasks, such as site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in concrete construction is preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.

• Strong knowledge of concrete types, mixing methods, and application techniques.

• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and long working hours.

• Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures.

• Ability to work well in a team and take direction when needed.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
