International Sales Support Associate

This is a support role, not a sales position. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our global sales operations run smoothly.

***This position is based out of Youngstown, Ohio; this is not a remote position***

What will I do as a International Sales Support Associate?

• ✅ Support International Sales Operations – Assist with contracts, distributor price lists, quotes, reports, and other key sales documents to keep everything on track.
  ✅ Be a Key Contact for Customers – Respond to inquiries, provide product details, and ensure a seamless experience for international clients.
  ✅ Help Keep Things Organized – Track sales activities, manage reports, and follow up on leads from trade shows and customer requests.
  ✅ Research & Report on Market Trends – Gather insights on international markets to help the team make informed business decisions.
  ✅ Coordinate with Marketing & Sales Teams – Assist in promotions, campaigns, and events to enhance brand presence worldwide.
  ✅ Build Strong Relationships – Work closely with distributors, sales agents, and internal teams to keep communication flowing smoothly.
• ✅All other duties as assigned

What are the qualifications and skills?

• Bachelor's degree (in business or related field) preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain fruitful relationships with clients and team members.
• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (including word, excel, outlook).
• Ability to sit and enter/analyze data for extended periods of time. (Intermediate level proficiency required)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to twist, bend, kneel, reach, walk and squat throughout the workday.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision.
