Job Summary:
The Office Administrator/Parts Clerk will assist the CEO/COO with a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. As a Parts Clerk you will be responsible for ordering aircraft parts and other related items, maintaining records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment. A basic understanding of aviation related terms and shipping/handling of hazardous materials.
Office Administrator
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO/COO, provide support to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Maintains filing systems as assigned.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Parts Clerk
- Aids with shipping/receiving paperwork and systems input
- Maintains files to track parts and shipments
- Parts inventory control
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
- Keeping parts inventory documentation organized and thorough
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
- Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role.
- Prefer basic Aviation experience
- High School Diploma/GED
