About You

As the Finance Business Partner for North America, you will play a critical role in supporting SteelSeries' growth journey. You will be the primary finance representative in the region, providing financial insights and strategic support to the leadership team. This position requires a dynamic individual who can balance hands-on financial analysis with strategic discussions, all while contributing to an exciting and ambitious work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and planning processes, including weekly topline performance reviews, monthly business performance reviews, and quarterly outlook updates.
• Oversee financial controlling during the month-close process.
• Drive budgeting and long-range planning initiatives.
• Provide analysis, narrative, insights, and recommendations to support business performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Act as a trusted business partner for the regional leadership team, ensuring strong collaboration and efficient ways of working.
• Build and maintain financial tools and processes to enhance transparency and governance.
• Conduct profitability analyses, such as pricing, contribution margin, and customer profitability.
• Evaluate business opportunities and provide strategic financial guidance.
• Take ownership of the regional P&L and Balance Sheet, driving results in collaboration with the local leadership team.
• Support the execution of SteelSeries' strategy and contribute to the company's overall success.
• This role does not involve direct people management but instead focuses on business partnership, financial analysis and strategic support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in a relevant field
• Full proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP and OneStream is an advantage
• Strong financial skills and business acumen
• Proactive and independent work style
• Ability to influence stakeholders from various parts of the organization
• Excellent financial toolbox and analytical skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts to business stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Passion for the gaming industry is an advantage

• Meet the team and your key stakeholders

• Perform profitability analysis and support the organization to drive both topline and margin development
• Review full year forecast and identify risks and opportunities
  
  

Within 9 Months You Will

• Proactively manage P&L to deliver results on target
• Lead budget process for the region
• Drive financial transparency and strengthen financial processes in the region
