Job Description
Job Purpose : Lead and manage a robust team of sales professionals, driving sales strategy and targets, cultivating relationships with key accounts, and expanding Gourmia's reach into new domestic and international retail and distribution channels. Deliver top-tier performance by effectively collaborating with department leaders to optimize sales operations.
Job Duties :
- Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Mentor and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring that they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
- Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with major retailers.
- Continuously identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
- Attend high-stakes meetings with key clients, actively participating in negotiations to close significant deals.
- Collaborate with department leaders, especially operations and product teams, to synchronize strategies and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Address and preemptively mitigate any operational or product delivery issues that might impact sales or client relationships.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor strategies to adjust and optimize the sales strategy accordingly.
- Create detailed sales reports for the executive team, showcasing performance metrics, opportunities, and challenges.
