As the Interim Director of Nursing at Steelville Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall quality clinical outcomes of our facility. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional quality care, enhancing customer service, and fostering positive employee relations. You will manage regulatory compliance while attracting and retaining top-performing talent, providing supervision and career coaching for existing nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include overseeing nursing staff, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations, and managing patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to boost patient outcomes.

You'll maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. To excel as the Interim Director of Nursing at Steelville Senior Living, candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Missouri. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will be directing and motivating a diverse team of Nurses, CNAs, Restorative Aids, and CMTs. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively while striving to enrich the lives of both residents and staff. A solid understanding of Long Term Care regulations is crucial to managing quality care and ensuring compliance.

You should also be adept at fostering staff satisfaction through continuous education and support. Excellent computer skills are essential, with preferred experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) for maintaining accurate documentation. Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Minimum requirement of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Missouri with relevant Long Term Care experience.
• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator.
• Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively with a desire to enrich resident and staff's lives.
• Ability to manage quality care while also ensuring compliance with Long Term Care regulations
• Manage a full team of Nurses, CNA, Restorative Aids and CMTs to ensure adequate staffing and continuing education to achieve staff satisfaction and quality care
• Excellent computer skill.
