SWX Construction, a division of Steelworx Industrial Group, is growing our CSA Team. We are committed to joining seasoned leadership with industry leading equipment. We offer full CSA services for Industrial & Commercial clients. We specialize in concrete, insulated metal panels, structural steel, drains, doors, and more.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Laborer to support our operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can assist in various tasks to maintain the smooth operation of our industrial sites.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradesmen in their daily tasks including IMP Install, Drainage Installations, Concrete Forming and Finishing etc.
- Handle materials and tools, prepare sites, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials.
- Help set up and dismantle machinery or temporary structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate gear.
- Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
Education & Skill Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in industrial settings, especially in Food Processing, Oil and Gas, or Packaged Goods industries.
- Knowledge of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to handle physical workload and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Team-oriented attitude.

- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
