As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team.

 

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, ensuring efficient operations and helping drive the company's strategic initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, white papers, and other business documents.

- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.

- Coordinate events, conferences, and other corporate functions as needed.

- Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO and executive team.

- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.

- Familiarity with AI and automation tools.

- Project management experience.
