What You'll Do
- Drive Demand Generation:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns tailored to the healthcare and enterprise sectors
- Drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through both owned and partnered channels
- Lead LinkedIn campaigns, setting KPI benchmarks, selecting effective ad/content formats, and iterating quickly based on performance
- Optimize Customer Conversations:
- Create and refine strategies to enhance engagement and conversion at every stage of the customer journey
- Diagnose funnel drop-offs from website visits to form fills, implementing strategies to improve conversion rates
- Leverage AI for Growth:
- Utilize our suite of AI agents to identify growth opportunities, personalize marketing efforts, and automate workflows that enhance operational efficiency for our clients
- Implement and optimize AI-driven lead scoring systems, measuring SQL conversion rates and pipeline velocity
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Analyze healthcare and enterprise data to extract actionable insights, informing marketing strategies and improving patient outcomes
- Utilize tools like Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track and measure performance
- Experiment and Iterate:
- Design, execute, and assess A/B tests and other experiments to continuously optimize marketing tactics
- Foster a culture of experimentation to drive innovative growth strategies, including ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with product, engineering, customer success, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure cohesive execution
- Collaborate with SDR teams to standardize processes and training, ensuring consistent demo booking targets
- Project Management:
- Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Build processes and playbooks to streamline marketing operations and support the SDR team's outreach volume, messaging approach, and follow-up cadence
- Engage and Convert LinkedIn Followers:
- Develop strategies to re-engage and segment our 40K LinkedIn followers to drive higher conversion rates
- Convert LinkedIn followers into qualified leads using targeted techniques and metrics to measure and optimize the conversion process
- Search Campaign Strategies:
- Prioritize and implement effective B2B lead generation strategies for search campaigns
- Measure early ROI and adjust strategies to maximize lead generation and cost-effectiveness
- Intent Data and ABM:
- Recommend and implement intent data providers or platforms to enhance ABM strategies
- Measure conversion lift and optimize ABM initiatives for better ROI
- Increased Enrollment: Significant growth in program enrollments and customer acquisitions through targeted demand generation campaigns
- Enhanced Engagement: Higher engagement and utilization rates among existing clients, leading to improved retention and customer satisfaction
- Data-Driven Growth: Implementation of data-centric strategies that result in measurable growth metrics and positive ROI
- Innovative Marketing Initiatives: Successful execution of creative marketing experiments that lead to scalable and impactful growth strategies

Experience:
- 2 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Proven track record of driving significant growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies
- Experience leading B2B healthcare or enterprise-focused campaigns, achieving measurable pipeline or demo bookings
- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics, HubSpot) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals
- Creativity: Innovative mindset with a knack for devising creative solutions to complex marketing challenges
