- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and extending offers
- Develop and implement an engaging onboarding process to ensure new hires have a positive and seamless transition into the company
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for all employee-related inquiries and concerns
- Promote a positive work environment through conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management support
- Benefits & Compensation Administration
- Coordinate and administer health, dental, vision, and other employee benefits programs
- Assist in compensation reviews to ensure salaries remain competitive and fair
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.)
- Update and maintain company policies, ensuring they reflect best practices and legal requirements
- HR Metrics & Reporting
- Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, recruitment funnels, etc.) to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Prepare regular HR reports and present findings to leadership
- Learning & Development
- Support and coordinate training programs that enhance employee capabilities and foster career growth
- Assist in setting up workshops, seminars, and other professional development events

- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Plan team-building activities, recognition programs, and other engagement efforts to foster a strong company culture
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-growth or tech-focused environment
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
- Proven track record in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
