Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and prospect fleet administrators, private fleet operators, and decision-makers in the transportation industry to uncover new business opportunities.
- Appointment Setting: Conduct outbound sales calls and outreach campaigns to engage new prospects, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings or product demos.
- Sales Qualification: Assess prospect needs within fleet management, transportation, and logistics, and qualify them as viable leads based on their fleet size, operations, and pain points.
- Closing Deals: Present tailored fleet management solutions that address specific operational challenges, negotiate pricing, and work to close deals within a defined sales cycle.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline of fleet prospects, ensuring follow-ups, tracking progress, and closing deals efficiently.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of fleet management, logistics, and transportation to provide relevant solutions that meet the unique needs of each prospect.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including customer service and technical support, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3 years of experience in sales within the fleet management, transportation, or logistics industry, with a demonstrated ability to close deals with fleet administrators and private fleet companies.
- Proven Success: A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in B2B sales to fleet management professionals.
- Lead Generation Expertise: Ability to generate new business through targeted outreach, prospecting, and networking within the fleet industry using tools like CRM software, email campaigns, and industry-specific platforms.
- Fleet Management Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet operations, vehicle tracking, fleet maintenance, telematics, and other fleet management solutions is a strong advantage.
- Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor solutions to the unique challenges of fleet administrators.
- Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose client needs and offer creative solutions to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize fleet operations.
