🚧 Join Our Team as a Construction Project Manager at SteerBridge! 🚧
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager (CM-CPM) to support the modernization, replacement, and installation of elevators across 8 buildings at the Edward P. Boland VA Medical Center in Leeds, Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to support the enhancement of healthcare infrastructure for our nation’s veterans!
Required Qualifications:
- ✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 🛡️ Must pass a federal background check and obtain a VA Personal Identity Verification (PIV) badge
- 📋 Minimum of three (3) completed projects of similar scale and complexity
- 💻 Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, specifically working with the system, generating reports, and interpreting schedules.
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and other relevant applications.
- Ability to Read Engineering Drawings and Specifications: Strong comprehension of technical documentation.
Education and Experience:
- 🏢 At least 10 years of construction experience, with 5 years in a field management role (Project Manager, Superintendent, or Senior Foreman)
- 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare facility construction or modernization.
- Familiarity with elevator shaft modernization and historic building renovations.
- Knowledge of OIT Infrastructure: Familiarity with OIT (Operational Information Technology) infrastructure and related processes.
- Technical Writing: Ability to draft concise scopes of work.
- Basic Cost Estimating: Experience with minor cost estimation, particularly for small change orders (familiarity with RS Means is a plus).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for construction management, design/build, and engineering projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and quality assurance for large-scale construction projects
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Oversee procurement and claims management processes
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring timely project completion

Compensation
A salary commensurate with experience shall be offered. (Starting from $115,000.00 annually)
