Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Business Operations & Strategic Planning:
- Provide expert guidance on IM/IT workforce planning and human capital management.
- Assist in developing and improving business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support DHA’s mission by aligning business strategies with healthcare administration and IT modernization initiatives.
- Lead and contribute to strategic planning efforts for optimizing workforce capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with DoD policies, cybersecurity mandates, and IT governance regulations.
- Assist with the development and refinement of tasker management, technical writing, and strategic communications.
- Advise on Clinger-Cohen Act/FITARA compliance, data standardization, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, military healthcare administrators, and DoD stakeholders to drive mission-critical objectives.
- Facilitate communication between government agencies, contractors, and DHA leadership to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Support executive reporting, business process documentation, and organizational improvement efforts.
Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, human capital management, and business operations.
- Proven expertise in business process development, improvement, and workforce planning.
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Ability to manage multiple complex work assignments efficiently and effectively.
- Prior experience supporting DHA, DoD, or other federal healthcare programs.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity policies, Clinger-Cohen/FITARA compliance, and IT integration.
- Background in business operations within a federal or military environment.
