POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity & Cloud Security Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity engineering, cloud solutions, and federal authorization processes. The position involves ensuring secure system and application development, managing compliance with federal standards, and supporting large-scale cloud security implementations.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree / Certifications in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related fields.
- One or more of the following : IAT II, IAM II or IASAE II certifications.
- 5 years (3 years of Cybersecurity and Cloud Security experience at a government agency similar in size / scope to DoD or VA).
- Experience in cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorizations (FedRAMP / RMF) into systems and applications.
- Experience in IT and Cloud design, security, development, systems engineering, and implementation efforts.
- Experience in large-scale Cloud solutions in both federal and / or commercial industry.
- Experience with Federal A&A and ATO activities.
- Experience in Federal policies, processes, and standards.
COMPENSATION
A salary commensurate with background and experience will be offered.
