Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Schedule is Monday to Friday
8pm to 9:30pm
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and equipment using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional cleaning services or special projects as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
