We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
• Transport items such as furniture, equipment, or supplies throughout the facility.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Respond promptly to requests from guests or staff for assistance or maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols while performing duties.
• Perform routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Pay: $16.41 - $17.11 per hour
