Position Highlights

- Location: 4007 Albany Hwy, Dawson, GA 39842
- Pay: $25/hour
- Duration: 1-year contract (with potential for extension based on performance)
What You’ll Do
As an EHS Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a culture of safety and excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety programs and compliance initiatives.
- Conducting routine safety observations to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Overseeing contractors, including administering Contractor EHS Orientations, issuing work permits, and managing sign-ins/sign-outs.
- Leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure effective safety measures are in place.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1-3 years of Environmental, Health, and Safety experience (highly preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mindset: A detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
