Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Engineering, Sr. Manager - Remote opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Solution Architect to lead the development and execution of winning solutions for large and complex IT outsourcing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure services, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of translating client business needs into compelling technical solutions that differentiate our offerings and drive revenue growth. This position will focus on leading solution development for complex deals involving multiple service towers (e.g., Cloud, Infrastructure, End-User Services, Security, etc.) and significant contract value.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and other stakeholders to understand client business drivers, challenges, and technical requirements.
- Conduct interactive workshops and discovery sessions at client sites to thoroughly understand their needs and pain points.
- Develop and articulate comprehensive, innovative, and cost-effective solutions that address client needs and leverage Stefanini's strengths.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and other key stakeholders, and the ability to influence decision-making.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral that clearly communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, effectively addressing their questions and concerns.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of major hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), including their service offerings, strengths, weaknesses, and best practices.
- Show expertise and experience in responding and leading response to RFP / RFQ / RFS, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud and infrastructure technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of our pre-sales methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior pre-sales team members.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote Stefanini's expertise and generate leads.
- Provide feedback to product management and service delivery teams on market trends and client needs.
- Effectively manage multiple opportunities concurrently, prioritizing efforts to maximize win probability.
