We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Functional Consultant with expertise in design and implementing SAP EWM solutions. Assignments include analyzing business processes, configuring EWM modules, providing end-user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations. Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and SAP EWM is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build and configure SAP EWM to meet business processes and business requirements. Complete end-to-end implementations of SAP EWM in warehouses / manufacturing facilities.
- Interact with customers to define business processes, write, and validate functional specifications, and deliver complex solutions.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful SAP EWM implementations.
- Provide end-user training in advance of implementations to ensure plant readiness, as well as on-site hyper care support in care of global team implementations.
- Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements to successfully design and implement SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Provide expert guidance on EWM functionality, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, empowering them to effectively utilize SAP EWM features and functionalities.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle, from fit-gap analysis to configuration, documentation, training, deployment, and hyper-care support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP EWM issues, working closely with technical teams to address any production related challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance.
