Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capacity Development Specialist to join our team at Stefanini North America and APAC. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new capacity, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, including experience in creating project schedules, managing budgets, and tracking issues. You will also have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present to various levels of leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Leading engineers to achieve continuous improvement goals and implement new model and non-new model capacity improvements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
- Participating in simultaneous engineering activities and working with suppliers on new model programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- At least 3 years' experience in Machining Processes.
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to travel up to 40% for equipment suppliers within Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.
